The Alyx Cohan, CPA PC accounting practice was established in 2005 to provide the highest quality auditing, accounting, and tax services in Prescott, Arizona. I maintain open communication with clients to obtain complete and accurate results. I am accessible, keep clients fully informed of issues on a timely basis, and work to resolve all issues as they arise.

I strive to stay apprised of the best practices so that I may pass this knowledge and expertise to my clients.
Qualified Team
In accordance with Government Auditing Standards (issued by the Comptroller General of the United States) all staff members are required to meet the continuing education requirements.
The requirements include 80 hours every two years with at least 24 hours in subjects directly related to the government environment and to government auditing. Because the Firm specializes in governmental and nonprofit audits, the majority of the staff’s continuing education hours are on related topics.
