Team Bios
Alyx Cohan began her career in accounting over 2 decades ago working as a finance manager and business manager before stepping into the world of auditing. She began performing audits, reviews and tax preparation for a local CPA firm in 2005. She graduated from Northcentral University in 2007, earning a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree specializing in accounting. She then proceeded to earn her CPA certificate and opened her firm, Alyx Cohan, CPA PC in 2009.
Alyx and her husband, Mike, have been married for over 25 years and have three amazing children, Schyler, Tryston, and Felicity, who all enjoy playing soccer. Alyx loves being outdoors, hiking, biking and, of course, watching her children play soccer.
Tammi Green is a local tax preparer on the staff at the firm of Alyx Cohan, CPA PC. She is experienced in tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, and much more. Alyx and Tammi met when they both sat on a nonprofit board, and she started working with Alyx Cohan, CPC PC., in 2014.
Tammi has been involved in nonprofit soccer boards since 2001 and school PTO’s. When she and her husband moved to Prescott Valley in 2010, she got involved with the Interfaith Meal program that feeds the homeless three times a month and other outreach programs that help the children of our community.
Tammi and her husband, Mike, were married in April of 1999. They have been blessed with two boys, three girls, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and four grandchildren.
Ryann Ferguson is a Prescott native who served in the Coast Guard from 2008 through 2014. She holds a bachelors degree in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination with a minor in Business Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Ryann has been involved with nonprofits through Board participation and continues to serve on a nonprofit board. She is well versed in nonprofit financial reporting and 990 preparation.
Her passion lies with horses and she competes regularly, traveling around the region to compete in ranch sorting competitions (which she often wins!).
Kellie Miller is a Prescott native who is currently seeking her business degree.

Kellie has a beautiful son which she dedicates a large portion of her time. In her limited free time, she loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting.
